HI I'm Chrissy!

I'm a mother, wife, daughter, business owner, entrepreneur, and retired nanny. My family and I live in northern Illinois with our pack of animals. I am passionate about animal rescue, my garden and my sour dough starter! I spend my days homeschooling my daughter, homemaking and obviously...crafting. Homebody is a love child of the first shop I ever owned - Brave Red Bow, where I exclusively made baby items. As I grew older and so did my daughter, I got an itch to expand and create. With a cup of coffee and an idea, I set to work creating this all new site. ...The rest is history! My tiny shop is my creative outlet and I find myself constantly adding more and more unique products to my inventory. Every item is handmade with my little side kick present and packaged with love and care.
